This was the cake that I decorated on my course :aww: (I didn't bake this one)

This is also covered using the smooth regal icing. I made the snowman and trees out of sugarpaste and the gloopy looking snow was royal icing covered in edible glitter :la:

The letters were a pain in the cahoony to cut out using a set of swirly alphabet cutters - so. many. broken. letters. *twitch*

I was pleased with how it turned out - the lil fishy was my other halve's idea :aww: I learned so much from my course it was well worth doing!!

If it was possible, I'd get this and display it every Christmas and NEVER EVER eat it. (Nah, who am I kidding :drool: )
If you make cake for your friends at their birthdays and such, they really must love you. It's just - so - delicious! And it looks so perfect! :woohoo:

a course would be cool. i can't bake a bit. XD but i never heard or read about such a course here. oO i don't even know anyone in germany who can bake such cakes. :< but well maybe sometime. ^^ someday i'm too old for cosplay maybe then my new hobby will be baking. XD
